ABH Holdings S.A. and UniCredit Group entered into exclusive negotiations for the sale of Ukrsotsbank
ABH Holdings S.A. (ABHH), a Luxembourg-based private holding company with a number of investments into banking groups in the CIS and Europe, has entered into exclusive negotiations with UniCredit Group (UCG) regarding the potential sale of PJSC Ukrsotsbank.
ABHH and UCG signed a Memorandum of Understanding and entered into three-month exclusive negotiations with regard to the acquisition of UCG’s Ukrainian subsidiary – Ukrsotsbank, in exchange for a minority stake in ABHH.
Parties are being advised by Rothschild and UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking.
